In 2006 the East Midlands Development Agency appointed FMC to design a cutting-edge model for the delivery of a regional skills retention programme.

 

FMC now delivers HotProspects, addressing regional skills shortages by facilitating graduate recruitment for local SMEs. The service has successfully placed over 780 graduates into East Midlands companies, attracted over 8,500 graduate registrations, and worked closely with over 1,200 clients delivering graduate assessment centres, induction programmes, and specialist and sector specific headhunting. HotProspects is now a commercial service, ensuring sustainability in the long term.
