FMC outplacement programmes are suitable for organisations with between 10 and 250 leavers, but can also be offered as a service to individuals (see panel below).
SERVICE - FAST AND AT A FIXED COST
Through consultation we devise a flexible, menu-based service that provides maximum value to the individuals concerned, whilst offering optimum economies of scale and fixed costs for the organisation.
FMC provides a detailed report and evaluation per programme participant of the support offered and services provided, to help monitor the effectiveness of the process.
The duration of an outplacement programme is determined by its size and the nature of the re-structuring. However, we can make bespoke programmes fully operational within as little as two weeks from agreement of our proposal.
Pricing structures are agreed during the initial consultation process, and of course you only pay for what we deliver.
