We work out fees based on the time we'll
spend on the project, not percentages of
salary. We'll agree fees up front with you and
they won't change.
2. ECONOMIES OF SCALE
Our fees are based on time. Multiple appointments bring time savings, and we pass these savings directly on to you.
3. NO WIN - NO FEE
What if we don't find any candidates? Our answer is simple: we'll give you your money back.
4. INTEGRITY
Headhunting and integrity are not mutually exclusive! We only work with a handful of clients in any sector so we have a good pool of potential targets. We never fish in a client's pond.
